THE PROCESS

After payment is received, you will receive the Onboarding Form, which includes insight into your brand strategy + overall vibe for your site. This will be completed before our Strategy Call.
During the 60-minute Strategy Call, we'll determine your overall strategy, creative direction, and anything else you need to set your website up for success.After the call, you'll be given a Website Assignment, which is a guidebook created in Notion that gives you section-by-section prompts to help fill in content for your new website.
The assignment is due along with all files I may need to build your site 7 days before Design Week.

Starting the week with a Kick-Off Call, we’ll be a dynamic duo, merging my expertise with your business plans to catapult your website to the next level. On the call, your strategy + wordmark will be finalized, and then the design of your home page begins!
We'll nail down your Creative Direction [mood board, typography + colours] to begin designing your home page. Once that is good to go, we'll continue to expand your vision across the remaining pages while revising the finer details and handling the techy side of your site — making sure we create a site that converts + that you're proud to show off to your future customers.

Then comes the best part…you launch the damn thing!
All assets will be packaged and delivered to you, including video tutorials walking you through best practices and how to use + make small edits to your site.

Time to promote! Now we will design any additional pieces we discussed during your strategy call. Shortly after you launch, you'll receive these assets to help you be the talk of the town.

Depending on the complexity and deliverables of the project, the website design process could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months, from onboarding to handoff.

Yes! You can pay for the Custom Website Design Package in full or through a 50/40/10 split. The first payment is due upon purchase, and the last is due before we launch.
*The first 50% is your non-refundable deposit.

I work with smaller service or product-based brands that are growing and ready to move from the DIY site they’ve had for a few years or businesses that are starting out and want to do things strategically from the start.

Sometimes life happens, and things get missed; I get that. Like most businesses today, there will be a rescheduling fee invoiced if we need to change the date. If there was an event that was out of your control, we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, for the following 2 weeks, I will help you with any small glitches or technical issues that come up. Anything over a small fix or changes to the design + layout of the website will incur an hourly rate.
