THE PROCESS

After payment is received, you will receive the Onboarding Form, which includes insight into your brand strategy+ overall vibe for your site. This will be completed before our Strategy Call.
During the 60-minute Strategy Call, we'll determine your overall website strategy, creative direction, and anything else you need to set your site up for success.After the call, you'll be given a Website Assignment, which is a guidebook created in Notion that gives you section-by-section prompts to help fill in content for your new website.
The assignment is due along with all files I may need to build your site 7 days before Design Week.

Starting the week off with a Kick-Off Call, we’ll be a dynamic duo, merging my expertise with your business plans to catapult your website to the next level. On the call, your creative direction will be finalized and then the designing of your home page begins!
Once the design is as dreamy as you imagined, we'll continue to expand your vision across the remaining pages, attaching all things tech and tying up any loose ends.

Then comes the best part…you launch the damn thing!
All assets will be packaged and delivered to you, including video tutorials walking you through best practices and how to use + make small edits to your site.

Time to promote! Now we will design any additional pieces we discussed during your strategy call. Shortly after you launch, you'll receive these assets to help you be the talk of the town.

Pre-design week work can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on how fast you complete the assignments and when we can schedule your project design week.
Once we get into your Design Week, your website will be customized in 5 days!

I work with smaller service or product-based brands that are growing and ready to move from the DIY site they’ve had for a few years or small businesses that are starting out and understand the value of strategic branding right from the get-go.

Due to the project's quick nature, there is no payment plan. However, you do not pay in full upfront.
You’ll pay a 40% depo it upon purchasing the package, and the remainder of your invoice is due 7 days before your Design Week. -
Absolutely! We can add any number of other pages you need or add functionality like scheduling for an additional fee.
If your business requires something more complex, a custom-build might be more appropriate for your brand. Let’s chat about it.

Sometimes life happens, and things get missed; I get that. Like most businesses today, there will be a rescheduling fee invoiced if we need to change the date due.
If there was an event that was out of your control, we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis. -
We have 3 strategic website templates, that I have designed myself. If you’re searching for different functions, we will chat about using a different template as your starting point based on your project’s specific needs during our Strategy Call.

Yes, for the following 2 weeks, I will help you with any small glitches or technical issues that come up.
Anything over a small fix or changes to the design + layout of the website will incur an hourly rate.
